In-Stock Items: Can be shipped out immediately. If your order consists of less than 80% of items, that will be held until the Out-Of-Stock items are available and they will be shipped together with your In-Stock items.

 Out-Of-Stock Items: a special order may be placed for those items, and a minimum order quantity per style must be ordered. Usually take 5 weeks for production.

 Customized Items: If you choose to customize items, please allow approximately 5 weeks for production. Delivery date can only be ESTIMATED, NOT GUARANTEED

  For domestic shipments, the shipping rate will automatically be calculated at checkout.

  International customers using Global Express will be notified of the shipping charges when order is ready to be shipped.

Any changes or cancellations to orders must be received before 3:00PM PST before the order is shipped. If an order was placed on the weekend/Holiday, changes or cancellations must be received before 3:00PM PST the following business day. NO EXCEPTIONS. To change or cancel your order, please email us timely.

We provide free repair and/or exchanges for merchandise with manufacture defects. No exchanges or repairs will be provided due to merchandise damaged by negligence.
